1. What is youhaveaproject.com?






It's an online design contest marketplace between buyers and sellers of different type
of services from all over the world. It helps buyers: graphic designers, web
designers, programmers, photographers and business owners to develop
their projects. With this purpose we find sellers of different type of
services who are freelance workers (these are independent workers who are
hired not on salary but on project basis): programmers, copywriters, web
designers and translators. They help making the projects at the most
convenient for the buyers price . As a result the best work is done at the
best price

2. How to signup?






Fill in special boxes with your name, e-mail, country and
city you're from. You also are to read carefully the Terms and Conditions of
our service and mark that you agree with them.


Then you need to confirm your e-mail address. You'll get a
verification link on your e-mail and you should click on it.
Fill the boxes with some more information
about yourself (like your name, your company name and your password).
Then you may give some more information about your project but it's not
necessary. That is your service provider profile (area of expertise, your
skills as a provider and other things which you'll be asked). Remember not
to give any contact information according to our Terms and Conditions.

3. How does it work for Service Buyer?

Login into your account and post your project
Pick a service provider and wait for service provider's acceptance of the project


Once service provider accepts the project, we will send you their email so
you can communicate with them directly


Deposit money into the escrow payment system so service provider have more
confidence working with you


Receive the work from service providers


Transfer money to service providers using our escrow payment system


Give rating and comment on the service providers

4. How does it work for Service Provider?






Register a FREE account


Login into your account and place bid on the project


Once the service buyer picks your bid, accept the project


We will send you the service buyer's email so you can communicate with
them directly


You may request service buyer to deposit money into the escrow payment
system


Start working once you see there is money in your escrow account


Deliver the project and RECEIVE MONEY

5. Why is it so important to use the escrow payment system?






When money is deposited into the escrow payment system,
service buyers will transfer money to service providers ONLY when they are
satisfied with the work. However, service buyers cannot withdraw money from
the escrow account unless the contract is cancelled from both parties or a
reasonable explanation is provided.
Our escrow system greatly reduces the risk that Service buyers do not
get their project completed after money is sent out Service providers do not receive their compensation after the project is completed

Listing feature project greatly increase the chance of receiving bids, and it gives confidence to
Service Providers that you are serious about getting this done. There is a
blue feature sign next to the project title, in the near future we will also

10. Why is my account temporarily suspended?






The most common reason is that you have posted contact information on our
site. That is not allowed. Contact us and we will work on making your account
activated again.

11. What currency are you using?






All prices are listed in USD currency. When you make a deposit, even when you do not have USD in your Paypal or Credit
Card account, they will still automatically change it to USD.

12. How do I post a project?






Login to your account and choose the "Post Project" option
Clearly state your requirements, i.e.: price range, delivery time,
database, operating system


You may post your project as Feature Projects
so service provider will have more confidence working with you


Other features are also available when posting, and they are very self
explanatory

13. How do I ask questions before selecting a provider?






Login to your account and go to the page that displays your project


You may communicate with service provider through the private message
system [View PM | Post PM]

14. How do I pick a service provider?






Login to your account
Go to "Account Area"
On the Account Menu, go to "Buyer Activity"
Pick the service provider, and wait for their acceptance of the project
Once service provider accepts the project, we will send you their email

15. What are the deposit options?






You may deposit money through Paypal, Visa, MasterCard. It is secure to do online transaction with us as we are Verified Business Member of Paypal.

16. How do I deposit money into my YouHaveAProject account?






Login to your account
Go to "Account Area"
On the Account Menu, go to "Payment Transactions"
Choose "Deposit Money", and enter the amount of money you want to deposit
(Deposit Service Charge: 2.9% plus $0.55)
Your deposit will reflect on your balance once we have approved your payment, it usually takes 2 days

17. How do I deposit money into service provider's escrow account?






Login to your account
Go to "Account Area"
On the Account Menu, go to "Payment Transactions"
Choose "New Escrow Payment"
Enter the amount of money you want to deposit, and the username of the service provider

18. How do I cancel an escrow payment?






Escrow payment has to been cancelled by service provider, or a
reasonable explanation is provided as to why service buyers would want to
reverse the escrow payment


This procedure is to avoid unmoral service buyers getting the
work and not pay

We suggest you start working ONLY after you see service buyer has

31. How much will you charge Service Providers?






We offer a very competitive commission rate to our service providers. We
will only charge 10% commission from regular projects. If you are a frequent
service provider, we suggest you to become a Premium Member, so no
commission will be charged

32. When will you process my withdrawal?






It usually takes 1 week for withdrawal to be processed and we will send out money to your Paypal account.
