I'm uncertain on your purpose. You have an excel table, and what's next? Are we going to create the markup for it and some other stuffs?
I'm fluent on Javascript, and I'm not certain if Java will do your desire.
Anyway, I was hoping for a clearer purpose/scope of the project.
My bid and my expected date of finishing the project might be changed depending on the difficulty of your project.
I can code the script from scratch. All I need to know is the "purpose" and what should I do with the excel table.
