He also work abroad (Alamarai Saudia Ltd , KSA ) as accountant for 3 years. He has an experience in quick books and excel for 10 years, using quick books UK edition, quick books pro 2004 and quick books pro 2008. He is married with 2 children.
INTERNATIONAL TIE UP.
The company EMMC and its proprietor Mr. Edwin M. Tanteras has been working with CPApartner.com a CPA firm based in Wayoming , USA, as service provider since 2008. It provides services for the company using quick books premier, citrix , hospilot, online banking system and excel. It also partners itself with ORTesorocpa.com , a CPA firm based in Chicago , USA.
IT INFRASTRUCTURE
The company has 3 desk top computers and 3 lap tops all connected to 24 hour DSL broad band internet provided by PLDT with a speed of 128 kbps. It has quick books pro 2004, quick books UK edition and quick books pro 2008 in its computers. It has uninterrupted 24 hours power and telephone supply in the area.
CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE
Once this proposal will be approved by your company, a Non disclosure Agreement ( NDA) will be signed and will be agreed between your company and ORTesorocpa a CPA firm based in Chicago, USA . Payments for the services rendered by EMMC will be disbursed thru ORTesorocpa. A computer will be allocated and will be used exclusively by your company for accounting services using quickbooks.
SYSTEM FOR OUTSOURCING
EMMC is using citrix and gotomypc to access and to encode data in the clients computer and do some data entry into their quick books pro 2008 and quick books enterprise . It uses hospilot and online banking system to access statements of accounts of the clients.
